5.1 Property Developers
With your consent, and only when you express interest in a specific project, we may share your name and contact details with the relevant RERA-registered developer or their authorised sales agent so they can follow up with you directly. We will always inform you before doing so.
5.2 Service Providers
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate our business. These include:
- Hostinger — web hosting and email infrastructure (EU/LT servers)
- WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms) — messaging delivery platform
All service providers are required to handle your data solely for the purpose of providing services to us and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5.3 Legal Requirement

5.4 Business Transfer

- Lead data (name, WhatsApp, email, budget, goal) is retained for 24 months from your submission date, after which it is securely deleted.
- If you become a client and a property transaction is facilitated, we may be required to retain records for up to 5 years for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes under UAE law.
- You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9).
- Server logs and IP data are deleted after 30–90 days.
8. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
